Flooring Estimator / Measure Technician (1099 Contractor)Now Hiring – Start ASAP! Field-Based Position | Not RemoteAre you experienced in flooring, construction, or in-home customer service? We're looking for dependable and professional Measure Technicians to join our growing team as independent contractors.This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people, traveling locally, and helping customers with their flooring projects. All while working independently and managing their own schedule.RequirementsWhat We ProvideWe provide the job assignmentsCompany tablet and software trainingTwo weeks of paid trainingWeekly payPay per completed measureResponsibilitiesVisit customers' homes to measure flooring installation areasAccurately collect measurements and project details using provided technologyDeliver excellent customer service during each appointmentCommunicate professionally with customers (as needed) and team membersRequirementsStrong attention to detailBasic math and measurement skillsFriendly, professional, and customer-focused attitudeActive listening and communication skillsReliable transportationValid driver's license and proof of personal auto insuranceSmartphone and basic tablet/computer skillsAbility to pass a background checkConstruction experience preferred; flooring knowledge is a plusAvailability on Saturday's is REQUIREDWhy Join Us?Flexible independent contractor opportunityMeet new people and work in different locationsHelp customers bring their flooring projects to lifeWork independently and be your own bossIf you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to start immediately, apply today!
