Field Supervisor – Home Care $18.00hr | Full-Time | Field-Based + Flexible Work Environment Northern/Eastern PA (travel required) | Company Vehicle Provided Ready to take your home care experience to the next level? CareGivers America - NEPA, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a compassionate, hands‑on Field Supervisor to support our caregivers and clients throughout Northern/Eastern PA. You’ll conduct home visits, coach caregivers, address safety needs, and help ensure clients receive dependable, high‑quality care at home. What You’ll Do: Conduct client home visits, assessments, and safety checks to help ensure quality care Supervise, coach, and support caregivers in the field, including hands‑on training and performance feedback Identify safety concerns and work with the care team to address client and caregiver needs Support caregiver onboarding, orientation, and ongoing development Partner with care teams to coordinate staffing and ensure consistent service delivery Address client and caregiver concerns and provide timely follow‑up Maintain accurate documentation and support quality and compliance initiatives Build relationships with local providers and community partners to support service growth Travel throughout your assigned territory using a company‑provided vehicle This is a field‑based role primarily supporting older adults in their homes throughout Northern/Eastern Pennsylvania. Your workday may include time in the field, working from home, or at a local office , depending on business needs.
