Relief / Per Diem Veterinarian (W-2) – Central Illinois We're seeking an experienced W-2 Relief / Per Diem Veterinarian to provide coverage across Pine Bluff Animal Hospital, Skinner Animal Clinic, Lakewood Animal Hospital, and Dwight Veterinary Clinic in Central Illinois: Pine Bluff Animal Hospital – 7995 E Pine Bluff Rd, Morris, IL 60450 Skinner Animal Clinic – 925 S Water St, Wilmington, IL 60481 Lakewood Animal Hospital – 1301 Lakewood Dr, Morris, IL 60450 Dwight Veterinary Clinic – 305 S Old Rte. 66, Dwight, IL 60420 Enjoy the Best of Both Worlds: Create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while enjoying the support, stability, and benefits of W-2 employment. Compensation: $1,200 per shift (plus mileage reimbursement) Schedule: Choose your schedule—work 3–4 days per week or approximately 12 shifts per month | Hours: M-F 8:00 AM–5:30 PM with a 30-minute paid lunch break, Saturdays 8am-12pm Benefits & Perks: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with up to a 3.5% employer match for eligible employees, Paid Time Off (PTO), annual Continuing Education (CE) Allowance plus 3 paid CE days, Professional Reimbursement: Illinois veterinary license, DEA registration, AVMA PLIT, and professional membership dues. Qualifications / Requirements: 3+ years of clinical experience Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an AVMA-accredited college Active Illinois veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain) Enjoy collaborating with different teams, value flexibility, and are passionate about providing outstanding patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to multiple hospital environments while delivering consistent, high-quality medicine #J-18808-Ljbffr
