We're looking for an experienced orthopedic/manual therapist who is passionate about clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and helping redefine what’s possible in physical therapy.

Balance Within is a PT-owned, cash-based practice that has been serving Lake Country for more than 10 years. After experiencing the limitations of traditional insurance-based care, Drs. Sarah and Jereme Trunk founded Balance Within in 2015 with a simple vision: create a practice where therapists could thrive professionally while providing patients the time, attention, and individualized care they truly deserve. 

We are known for combining evidence-based orthopedics, specialized care, manual therapies, movement-based rehabilitation and whole-person/body clinical reasoning to help patients find answers when other approaches have fallen short.

• Have 3+ years of orthopedic PT experience

• Enjoy solving complex cases through thoughtful clinical reasoning and whole-person problem solving — not simply following protocols.

• Value both evidence-based practice and holistic, individualized care

• Have “great hands” and enjoy incorporating manual therapies as a regular part of your practice (John Barnes Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, IPA and other Manual Therapy Courses are encouraged however not required)

• Take ownership of your caseload and patient experience while exercising sound clinical judgment and professional accountability to provide exceptional care.

• Are interested in orthopedics, women's/pelvic health, TMD/TMJ, manual therapy, chronic pain, wellness & prevention, or development of other specialties.
