Phlebotomist

Job Overview Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Lindon, UT 84042. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm. Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and related studies. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and promptly. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Current or prior Labcorp experience. One or more years of experience working as a phlebotomist. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
