Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ current experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to function effectively in high-pressure environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for a wide range of surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative team members
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and uphold the highest patient safety standards
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care before, during, and after procedures
• Ensure proper documentation and electronic health record accuracy
• Participate actively in continuous quality improvement initiatives
