We’re seeking an experienced recruiting or HR professional to join a team on a temporary assignment of approximately 3 months, with the possibility of an extension or permanent opportunity for the right fit. A Bachelor’s degree is required for consideration for the permanent position. What You’ll Be Doing Source & attract talent through job postings and proactive recruiting Screen candidates and help identify top talent Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process moving Manage offers and assist candidates through the offer stage Coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps Support workforce planning and hiring initiatives Maintain and update position descriptions Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction efforts What You Bring 3-5 years of recruiting and/or HR experience Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Paycom experience is a plus Higher Education experience is highly desirable Strong organization, communication, and follow-through Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment The Details $28-33/hour Temporary: Approximately 3 months, with potential for extension Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Fully onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr The Nagler Group
