We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Bent Tree Country Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to accommodate our members' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to club members and guests
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all TABC regulations and club policies
• Engage with members and guests to enhance their experience

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting
• Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• TABC certification is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
