Endpoint Systems Engineer

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in enterprise endpoint engineering and device lifecycle administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and automated software packaging platforms.

• Experience with PowerShell scripting to automate device configuration and administrative management tasks.

• Experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Group Policy Object (GPO) architecture.

• Experience with Windows and macOS operating system deployment, configuration baselines, and imaging.

• Experience in endpoint security tools including Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, and EDR platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, package, and deploy automated application distributions, OS baselines, and patch updates via Intune.

• Author robust PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint maintenance routines and remediation workflows.

• Enforce endpoint protection policies, disk encryption standards, and Endpoint Detection and Response agents.

• Administer identity governance and conditional access policies across Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.

• Serve as the top-tier escalation engineer resolving complex operating system, hardware, and application defects.

• Implement Zero Trust security models, compliance frameworks, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) profiles.

• Author technical engineering runbooks, build documentation, and standardized system configuration guides.
