Certified Medical Assistant - Relief

Join our team as a Relief Certified Medical Assistant in Portland, OR! We are a community-focused health center offering medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, and supportive services. Our holistic approach includes assistance with shelter, energy, HIV counseling, and mobile clinics. Position Highlights $24.42 - $35.95/hour DOE Additional pay for bilingual skills, paid on hours worked What You'll Do Maintain and update patient records, including vital signs and immunizations Prepare for patient visits, review files, and collaborate with Providers Set up exam rooms, explain procedures, educate patients, and assist during exams Collect lab specimens, administer medications, and perform clinical tasks Qualifications High school diploma or GED Completion of an accredited medical assisting program, approved apprenticeship, or equivalent experience One year CMA experience preferred CPR certification within 90 days of hire National credential within 90 days Bilingual in English and Cantonese/Vietnamese with proficiency test score Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency in EMR and Microsoft Office Our mission is to transform communities through compassionate, individualized care and eliminate barriers to health and well-being.
