Marketing Specialist - Agriculture Group

Marketing Specialist Location: Crawfordsville, IN. Travel: 10-30%. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and track marketing programs & communication tools including marketing collateral, web content, social media content, internal and external communication, and other assignments. Analyze and report on performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns, strategies, and CRM platform. Design, produce and maintain Banjo and KZValve’s annual product catalog and other marketing materials. Foster brand messaging, visual identity, and guidelines across all platforms. Coordinate all activities for trade show exhibitions, including booth staffing and logistics. Support product marketing initiatives such as messaging development, promotional campaigns, and product positioning strategies. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new market opportunities. Work with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing programs. Create PowerPoint presentations and other sales tools. Qualifications Experience in customer service, marketing, product management, or sales. Experience coordinating details of large events. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate with a wide range of employees and customers. Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to make data‑driven decisions. Innovative thinking to develop engaging marketing strategies and campaigns. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software. Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
