Hotel Operations Analyst

Description

The Hotel Operations Analyst supports the Director of Hotel Operations through comprehensive analysis, reporting, and project coordination across Hotel Operations. The position evaluates financial, operational, productivity, service, and guest-experience data; supports hotel yield and revenue optimization; identifies trends, risks, and opportunities; and provides clear information and recommendations to support effective decision-making.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Three years of relevant experience in hotel operations, revenue management, business analysis, data analysis, project support, or a related field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience in a large hotel, casino resort, or similarly complex hospitality operation is preferred. Must be able to obtain a MS Gaming Permit.
