As the Community Partnerships Supervisor, you'll lead a dynamic team responsible for developing strategic partnerships that connect participants to:

- Community service placements

What You'll Do
As a key member of the PACE leadership team, you will oversee partnership development, team performance, and participant engagement strategies that support successful employment outcomes.
Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise and mentor a team of Community Service Coordinators, Education & Training Coordinators, and Support Services Consultants.
- Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching, professional development, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and retention efforts.
Partnership Development & Community Engagement
- Build and strengthen relationships with educational institutions, training providers, community organizations, and support service partners.
- Develop and maintain Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and partnership agreements.
- Expand opportunities for participants through new partnerships and community collaborations.
- Identify emerging labor market trends and training opportunities that align with participant goals.
Program Operations & Client Success
- Ensure participants have access to appropriate education, training, internships, community service opportunities, and supportive services.
- Conduct regular case conferences to address participant engagement and barrier-removal strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address service gaps and improve participant outcomes.
- Support innovative strategies that increase engagement, retention, and progression.
Performance & Compliance
- Monitor program performance, retention outcomes, and partnership effectiveness.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in SEAMS and Fedcap CARES.
- Prepare reports and maintain compliance with NYC HRA contractual requirements.
- Address participant concerns and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

- Or a related field
- At least 2 years of:
- Supervisory or management experience
- Workforce development, case management, or human services experience
- Experience supporting:
- Public assistance recipients
- Individuals experiencing homelessness
- Justice-involved individuals
- Individuals with disabilities
- Individuals facing barriers to employment
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Schedule
Full-time position.
Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support program operations and community engagement activities.
Travel
Primarily local travel throughout NYC for partner meetings, site visits, training events, and community engagement activities.
