Overview As a supported Pediatric Dentist with Heartland Dental, you will provide dental care to infants, children, and adolescents while working in a supportive office environment that offers full clinical autonomy. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care to infants, children, and adolescents. Deliver care in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA training and protection of PHI. Attend periodic virtual and in‑person training sessions throughout the year. Become credentialed with various dental insurance plans to ensure seamless coverage for patients. Undergo required tuberculosis (TB) testing as part of the pre‑employment process. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree with completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program or certificate in pediatric dentistry. Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Virginia. Dedication to delivering patient‑centered care and a passion for continuous learning. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Adaptability to prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
