Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Drafter to join our dynamic team in the telecom and utility engineering industry. This role involves working with AutoCAD and ArcGIS to create underground and aerial fiber layouts, as well as performing permitting and mapping for telecom and utility companies, including municipalities.
Responsibilities

• Generate land base prints in AutoCAD for field use.
• Complete utility plan sets in AutoCAD for construction purposes.
• Create permit drawings for various permitting authorities.
• Compile job books upon project completion.
• Import and export various file types related to drafting, design, and GIS.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ArcGIS.
• Telecom experience is preferred.

Work Environment

• The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35000.00 - $50000.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
