About the Role

Solid Personnel is seeking skilled Commercial and Industrial Plumbers experienced in both rough-in and finish plumbing phases. You will install, maintain, and repair large-scale piping, waste, and water systems in active commercial and industrial facilities.

(3) Apprentices

Specific Responsibilities

Rough-In Plumbing: Read blueprints to layout, cut, assemble, and install underground drainage, water supply lines, and vent stacks in new construction.

Finish Plumbing: Set, connect, and test commercial fixtures, specialized industrial appliances, valves, and trim components.

System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical failures, leaks, and pressure issues in heavy-duty environments.

Code Compliance: Ensure all work rigidly adheres to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines.

Site Coordination: Coordinate daily tasks smoothly with general contractors, project managers, and other trade professionals.

Requir ed Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of verifiable commercial or industrial plumbing experience covering rough and finish work.

Technical Skills: Advanced ability to interpret complex architectural and isometric blueprints.

Physical Standards: Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in tight or awkward industrial spaces.
