Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery, Templeton, CA. This travel assignment begins 08/31/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. You’ll work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts (3x12). The weekly pay range is $2,613 to $2,846. The assignment takes place in a hospital setting and is represented by CNA.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver nursing care across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods, including emergencies.
- Circulate for cesarean deliveries and coordinate obstetric procedures with the surgical team.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status; administer medications and assess pain relief strategies.
- Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and postnatal support.
- Supervise and delegate care tasks to ancillary personnel within scope of practice; collaborate with the CNA workforce.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the patient record and ensure safety, infection control, and high-quality perinatal care.

Requirements
- Active California RN license (current, in good standing)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a hospital Labor and Delivery setting
- Availability to begin on 08/31/2026 for a 13-week assignment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to support a perinatal care team
- Eligible for travel assignments and able to meet credentialing requirements for this assignment
