Responsibilities
- Provide hair services such as cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, and consultations.
- Listen to clients’ needs and recommend services and at-home care suited to their hair.
- Maintain a clean, organized station and follow salon standards.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to give every client a positive experience.
Qualifications
- New York State cosmetology license.
- Strong technical skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and a desire to build lasting client relationships.
- Experience in a salon is preferred.
Compensation: Commission-based; details will be discussed during the interview.
