Residential Shift Lead - Part-Time

SSTARBIRTH Program – Cranston, RI SSTARBIRTH is a long-term residential substance use disordertreatment program designed for pregnant, postpartum, and parentingwomen. Our program provides a safe, supportive environment thatpromotes recovery, stability, and healthy family development. We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to join our teamas Part-Time Residential Program Shift Lead . Thisrole is ideal for candidates who are committed to supporting womenand families on their recovery journey. Schedule 8–16 hours per week Must include weekend availability Key Responsibilities Implement and support the daily program schedule and structured activities Supervise and engage with residents and their children in a trauma-informed, respectful manner Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of residents and children at all times Monitor and document client self-administration of medications in accordance with program protocolsComplete accurate and timely shift documentation and reports Maintain appropriate professional boundaries while fostering a supportive environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in human services preferred Experience working with individuals in recovery, women, or families strongly preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics Why Join SSTARBIRTH?
