Work Environment

You will work in a supportive and collaborative remote setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Our outpatient office serves as a central hub for client interactions, allowing therapists to leverage in-person support when necessary, while also accommodating clients' preferences for remote engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health issues and establish individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, both in individual and group settings, effectively addressing unique challenges and personal goals.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure integrated and holistic care, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
  • Facilitate educational workshops for families of clients, equipping them with resources and insights to support their loved one's healing journey.
  • Maintain accurate and secure records of client interactions, adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Adapt therapeutic methods based on the changing needs and progress of clients, incorporating feedback to enhance therapeutic efficacy.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
