Lead UX Researcher

Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS, long-term cooperation Rate: PLN 90-105/h + VAT Scope of responsibilities Conducting UX research initiatives that improve the user experience of products and services. Planning, designing, and implementing research from start to finish, utilizing a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods. Analyzing and synthesizing research findings into clear, actionable conclusions and recommendations. Working closely with UX designers, product managers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to identify research needs and shape product roadmaps. Prioritizing and managing the research backlog in a dynamic environment, taking into account business goals and user needs. Presenting research findings through compelling reports and presentations that support decision-making. Maintaining research standards, templates, and best practices. Sought-after competences At least 4 years of experience as a User Researcher, conducting research from initial design concepts to analysis and recommendations. Practical knowledge of various research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, user behavior analysis) and the ability to select the appropriate approach to a specific problem. Knowledge of digital analytics and user behavior tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Glassbox). Strong communication and project management skills, including presenting clear and practical conclusions to stakeholders. A portfolio of case studies demonstrating how research influenced product decisions and improved user digital experiences. Nice-to-have: Higher education in a field related to human behavior (e.g., HCI, psychology, sociology, communication, computer science, information science). Experience working with consumer products, user behavior analysis, or product development. Knowledge of Scrum or other Agile product development methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present findings to stakeholders.
