Massanutten Resort is seeking a Front Office Operations Associate to be the primary contact for onsite and offsite guests. You will greet arriving guests, assist with check-in/check-out, answer phone inquiries, provide accommodation and amenity information, curate vacation itineraries, and offer recommendations for local attractions.
