About the Role WildBrain CPLG is looking for a Licensing Coordinator, reporting to VP, North America. The Licensing Coordinator is a skilled organizer and competent professional who can undertake a variety of day-to-day office, admin, and sales tasks. You will be an integral part of ensuring that our business processes and operations run smoothly and are proactive in supporting all business growth activities. Job Description

What You’ll Do: Coordinate office operations to ensure a functional and comfortable working environment Set up and coordinate on-site, local and inter-office event, functions and activities Liaise with building management and co-working space management regarding all office operations. Manage mail and package shipping/delivery process Assist product development team in licensee onboarding, sample management and storage organization Assist commercial team with submitting deal memo’s and updated new business trackers Update brand licensee lists on a monthly basis Conduct research and due diligence on manufacturers within a specific category to develop prospective licensee lists Qualifications

What You’ll Bring: An inventive and creative team player Pioneering and entrepreneurial spirit and can communicate at all levels. Proactive attitude, identifying what needs to be done and providing solutions. Experience managing domestic and international shipment processes Previous experience working in an office environment with international teams Experience managing multiple calendars, schedules and event timelines across various time zones. Attention to detail. Ability to move and lift 30-40lbs Strong experience of using MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint. Additional Information
