Optical Lab Technician

Responsibilities Job Duties May Include: Edge, polish, and tint lenses according to prescription specifications Inspect completed eyewear for accuracy and quality standards Check in and verify lenses using a lensometer Utilize EHR and internal systems to track orders and patient information Maintain an organized and efficient lab workspace Communicate with team members regarding job status and timelines Support overall clinic flow by completing lab work accurately and on schedule Required Skills Skills/ Requirements: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to stay focused and organized while completing repetitive tasks Willingness to learn technical skills and follow established processes Basic computer comfort and ability to learn new systems Positive team attitude and reliability Optical lab experience or ABO certification is preferred but not required.
