Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Sr Business Analyst - Financial Systems We are hiring a Sr Business Analyst - Financial Systems to join our Finance Integrated Solutions Team. This role combines business systems analysis, financial analysis, and reporting to support solutions and serve as an intermediary between IT and the business. Responsibilities Contribute to the digital transformation of finance by supporting the migration to SAP S/4 HANA. Collaborate with IT to configure system settings and develop specifications that meet financial requirements. Create and maintain custom reports to support the needs of the finance organization. Provide technical guidance and support to users of financial systems across global teams. Analyze and optimize financial systems to improve performance and efficiency. Support operations finance reporting and ensure accurate data integration across platforms. Apply knowledge of accounting principles to assess system configurations and their financial impact. Minimum Qualifications At least 2 years of experience working with financial systems. Proficiency with finance‑specific software, including data analysis and automation tools. Configuration experience in an ERP software (SAP preferred). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Solid understanding of finance, accounting, business operations, and financial software systems. Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems. Desired Skills and Experience Experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing finance and accounting systems. Proficiency in SAP configuration. Understanding of system configuration and its impact on financial processes. Certifications such as CMA, MBA, or CPA, or other evidence of technical competence.
