Director of Infrastructure Services

Pay Range:$65.73 - $92.22 Develops strategic direction and planning, coordination, and supervision of resources and processes related to core technical infrastructure and applications. Coordinates the design and delivery of infrastructure services in an architecturally sound manner and collaborates with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to ensure the successful delivery of all aspects of the IT service portfolio.Develops strategic plans and practices that support an integrated and progressive infrastructure environment to meet current and future business needs.Determines and communicates policies and procedures necessary to carry out IT service delivery, including allocation of staff and resources.Implements best practices for program management, infrastructure methodologies, service management processes, system integration, quality assurance, and operational support models.Facilitates the gathering, monitoring and analysis of operational metrics, ensures the organization is properly measuring the most relevant information to best manage business operations and promotes opportunities for continual improvement.Supervisory responsibility for datacenter operations, network and telecommunications, and enterprise applications teams and their subordinate staffs. Plans and leads staffing initiatives, including recruitment, supervision, evaluation and development.
