The staff Pediatrician will see patients from 0 to 18 years of age to examine and treat common acute illnesses, chronic illnesses and injuries in the pediatric population; correctly diagnose disease and formulate treatment, as well as order appropriate laboratory tests and radiological studies; and refer to specialists as needed, write prescriptions and perform office procedures within the scope of expertise protocols and available equipment.Support and implement the organization’s vision, mission, and value.Understand that whole person care encompasses addressing social determinants of health, including possible history of trauma; responding compassionately, provide support if desired by patient/family, and make referrals as warranted.Foster and promote a culture of service excellence and accountability.Respond to patient needs and work to find the best solutions for the patient and family.Supervise and develop advanced practitionersQUALIFICATIONS:Board certified/eligible in General PediatricsUnrestricted license to practice medicine in California or ability to be licensedBilingual Spanish (preferred)BENEFITS: Health benefits Retirement plans Paid Holidays Birthday Off Paid Vacation Days Off – up to 15 days/year Sick Time Off – 6 days/year CME benefits
