Senior Data Architect and Delivery Lead

We are hiring a hands-on Senior Data Architect and Delivery Lead who will be responsible for designing, architecting, and successfully implementing and delivering an AWS-based Enterprise Data Platform. The role requires strong technical leadership, end-to-end solution ownership, and the ability to drive execution through delivery. This position follows a hybrid work model, with a requirement to work from the Whippany, New Jersey office at least two days per week.

1. Manage Cloud Journey for Business and Central Reference data process on Enterprise cloud platform.
2. Lead enterprise data architecture and data warehousing (DW) strategy, designing scalable data models, database structures, and high-performance data engineering solutions.
3. Lead cloud Engineering and Data integration programs, focused on deploying business solutions for Banking domain. Implement right data strategy for Business Analytics.
4. Leading planning of data management and Analytics proposals , craft key value propositions for business and oversee the delivery of the same.
5. Building solution architecture for business flows implementation for cloud journey through collaboration with CTO,CSO and CD
6. Drive end-to-end data engineering along with hands-on experience and DevOps (GitLab/CI-CD) practices, building automated and scalable data pipelines on AWS.
7. Implement data governance frameworks, risk controls, and secure coding practices to ensure compliance, data quality, and integrity.
8. Enable advanced analytics, data mining, and ML/MLOps capabilities, supporting data-driven decision-making and digital transformation.
9. Translate business requirements into data solutions with strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration, while leading change and transformation initiatives.
