¿Quiénes somos?
En Able Sales, líder en la manufactura y distribución de azúcar en Puerto Rico, nos enorgullece liderar nuestra marca principal "Dulce Caña".
¿Qué buscamos?
Estamos buscando un Handyman a tiempo completo que desempeñe un papel fundamental en el mantenimiento general de la empresa.
Tu día a día:
- Reparaciones Menores: Arreglar fugas de agua sencillas, ajustar inodoros, cambiar bombillas, enchufes e interruptores.
- Mantenimiento y acabados: Pintar paredes, aplicar selladores, hacer parchos en gypsum board y dar retoques generales.
- Instalación y montaje: Colgar cuadros, espejos, cortinas, estanterías, lámparas o ensamblar muebles y electrodomésticos.
- Carpintería ligera: Reparar puertas, ventanas, pestillos o bisagras dañadas.
- Uso de herramientas: Manejar con seguridad herramientas manuales y eléctricas como taladros, sierras y niveles.
- Seguir normas de servicio de calidad y cumplir procedimientos y normativas del departamento.
Requisitos del Puesto
- Educación: Diploma de escuela superior o equivalente.
- Experiencia: De 1 a 2 años en labores de mantenimiento general, reparaciones del hogar o construcción liviana.
- Conocimientos: Destrezas básicas en plomería, electricidad, pintura y carpintería, además de normas elementales de seguridad (como OSHA).
- Habilidades físicas: Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados (hasta 50 libras), subir escaleras y trabajar de pie durante períodos largos.
