Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Part Time Emergency Aid Patrol in Concord, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. You will support a caring environment through teamwork, integrity, and reliable service while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile and innovative values.

DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate hospital personnel and emergency responders as directed by site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific policies; assist with directions, escorts, and/or access-related inquiries as needed.
- Document incidents, observations, and completed patrols accurately and promptly, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
