Provider Relations Coordinator

Pay Rate: $20.00 Per Hour

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift: Days

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Job Summary

We are seeking a Provider Relations Coordinator to support Network Management and Provider Relations operations. This position serves as a liaison and advocate for healthcare providers by ensuring they are informed, supported, and educated regarding health plan procedures, policies, benefits, and available resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Support providers by addressing inquiries and operational concerns

• Coordinate and provide administrative support to the Network Contracting and Relations Team

• Research, track, and resolve provider-related issues

• Document provider interactions and outcomes in internal systems

• Assist with provider onboarding and implementation activities

• Follow up on credentialing and demographic updates

• Maintain accurate provider directory information

• Collaborate with Claims, Utilization Management, IT, Configuration, and other departments

• Participate in department projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent healthcare industry experience required

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
