The Opportunity We are excited to be hiring a Staff Product Manager with deep experience in bringing enterprise security products to market. As a visionary leader in product management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise security at Iru. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll partner with a team of talented product managers, engineers, and designers, driving innovation and technical excellence. We're in search of an expert who can define and execute the product strategy for our macOS-centric security offerings. Your passion for problem-solving and staying at the forefront of security technology will be the driving force behind our mission. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy for Kandji’s macOS enterprise security offerings. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and define product requirements. Lead the product development lifecycle from idea on to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver innovative security solutions. Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform product decisions and improvements. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.- Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform product decisions and improvements. Monitor product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration or a closely related field plus 7 years of related experience. Requires 4 years of experience with Product management involving the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Requires 2 years of experience with each of the following: Product management with a strong focus on enterprise security products, utilizing Threat Intelligence, SecOps, or Endpoint security solutions; Working within the enterprise security landscape, specifically regarding threat detection, prevention, and response workflows; Bringing enterprise security products to market, from concept to launch. Alternatively will accept a Master’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field plus 5 years of related experience. Requires 4 years of experience with Product management involving the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Requires 2 years of experience with each of the following: Product management with a strong focus on enterprise security products, utilizing Threat Intelligence, SecOps, or Endpoint security solutions; Working within the enterprise security landscape, specifically regarding threat detection, prevention, and response workflows; Bringing enterprise security products to market, from concept to launch.
