Are you an experienced Oncology Nurse Navigator looking to make a meaningful impact in a new Outpatient Oncology Program? Do you excel in coordinating patient care and providing education and support to patients and their families? As an Oncology Nurse Navigator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating patient care from diagnosis through treatment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing education and support to patients and families
• Collaborating with providers, pharmacy, infusion staff, and ancillary departments
• Occasionally administering chemotherapy infusions

Requirements for this role include:

• Current Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications
• Current ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification required
• Previous oncology patient navigation/care coordination experience required
• Oncology infusion experience required
• EPIC Beacon experience preferred
• Strong communication, patient education, and care coordination skills
• Need 1 year experience in setting
