Responsibilities :

As a member of the Insurance Incorporated team, your primary responsibilities will include:

For Insurance Agents/CSR's:

1. Sales : Promoting and selling personal lines insurance products, including home, auto, dwelling fire, RV's, and Umbrella insurance, to both new and existing clients.
2. New Business Development : Identifying and pursuing opportunities to generate new business through effective sales techniques, networking, and lead generation.
3. Policy Review : Conducting comprehensive policy reviews with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional coverage.
4. Client Service : Providing exceptional service to our existing policyholders by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, recommending appropriate coverage enhancements, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
5. Documentation : Accurately maintaining client records, policy documentation, and assisting clients with any administrative needs related to their insurance policies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• MUST HAVE A PERSONAL LINES OR PROPERTY CASUALTY LICENSE TO APPLY
