Front Desk Guest Service Agent at The Confluence Hotel for evening shifts.

Join our welcoming team at The Confluence Hotel, nestled in the historic Rivertown district of Hastings, Minnesota. We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests during evening shifts. Evening shift hours are typically 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This position can be filled as part time or full time. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor

- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing excellent customer service

- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel management system

- Assist guests with information about local attractions, amenities, and services

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures accurately

- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction

- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism
