This role involves monitoring patient health, administering treatments, managing medications, and offering essential support to patients with various medical needs. Collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians, is required to deliver high-quality, compassionate care that improves patient well-being.EducationTrade School Graduate (Required)Certification/LicensureLPN License (Required) - Active in VirginiaBLS (Required within 90 days)ExperienceMinimum 2 years of clinical experience (required)Serve as patient advocate in the prevention of illness or diseaseProvide care and treatment for patients and clinical support and teaching for patient and family membersCustomer service, testing, medication administration and the implementation of nursing interventions and care plansSupport a holistic approach to patient carekeywords: flexi, as needed, prn, lpn, licensed practical nurse, williamsburg, home health, home careWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $28.57 - $43.04 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
