Inside Sales Representative Location: Clearwater, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | In-Office Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour + Commission ( Potentially it could be 65K-70K/year) Compass Registered Agent, one of Tom Cummins’ companies, is an international Corporate Service Provider helping entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses establish companies and maintain ongoing corporate compliance. We work with clients around the world, providing entity formation, registered agent services, annual compliance, and corporate support. Compass Registered Agent helps entrepreneurs choose and set up the right business entity and provides legal and corporate services to help them get their business started correctly.As an Inside Sales Representative , your job is to reach out to prospective clients, introduce our services, understand their needs, and turn conversations into new business opportunities.

Role Overview We are looking for a confident, motivated Inside Sales Representative who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.You’ll connect with prospective clients by phone, email, and other outreach, learn about their business needs, introduce our services, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings with our sales team.You'll receive hands-on training, learn our services and sales process, and have the opportunity to grow into a larger sales role based on your performance. What You'll Do

• Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls, email, and other channels.
• Start conversations with business owners and introduce Compass Registered Agent services.
• Ask questions to understand prospective clients' business needs.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and continue developing your sales skills.
