What You’ll Do Designing and assembling custom floral arrangements for a variety of occasions. Maintaining the quality and freshness of flowers and plants. Assisting customers with selecting the perfect blooms to suit their needs. Managing inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies. Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and inspiring. What We’re Looking For 3 years of experience in floral design or a related field. A strong eye for design, color, and composition. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
