Medical Sales Rep - Physician Office

Job Summary We have an opening within our Physician Office Sales Team for a Field Sales Rep in the ElPaso,TX area. The primary customer base includes doctor’s offices, urgent care, dermatology, community health, and women’s health. This role focuses on building relationships and growing a territory of residual-based medical supplies. Responsibilities Grow and develop a territory of residual-based medical supplies in the assigned territory. Sell disposables, exam gloves, point-of-care tests, capital equipment, and diagnostics. Contact healthcare personnel, including physicians, nursing staff, office managers, and other purchasing staff. Build relationships and develop a customer base of alternate-site physician offices and hospital-based practices. Make new calls daily to develop new customers. Work with manufacturers to present products to the physician community. Prepare and deliver quotations for products. Develop long-term relationships with the customer base. Prepare and maintain a territory plan. Create a residual base of customers in the alternate-site marketplace. Train and learn new items to present to customers and explain the medical and fiscal benefits. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least 3‑year quota-based sales experience demonstrating cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience (or at least 5 years of such experience). Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment. Ability to present multiple product lines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Stable work history. Computer proficiency, especially with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary of $100,000 per year ($8,333/month); 100% commission and spiffs. Bonus eligibility. Non‑payment below applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
