As a key part of our operations, you'll deliver packages safely and on time while providing outstanding customer service.No CDL RequiredResponsibilities:Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver packages on assigned routes.Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, loading/unloading packages as needed.Plan efficient routes and follow all traffic and safety laws.Verify delivery documentation and maintain vehicle cleanliness.Report any issues, accidents, or vehicle malfunctions promptly.Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.Qualifications:Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean record.High school diploma or equivalent.Able to pass background and drug screening.Prior delivery/courier experience preferred.Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.Physically able to lift up to 150 lbs and handle packages safely.Pay & Benefits:Pay: Up to $175/day ($150 base + $25 bonus for timely pickups)Stop Bonus: $1.20 per stop over 130 (city) | $1.30 per stop over 120 (rural)Additional Pay: $0.50 per package + $25 daily bonus for on-time pickups and good attendanceWeekly Pay & Paid Training1 Week Paid Vacation after 1 year of serviceSchedule: 6 days in a week.Veterans and Military applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.Why Join Us?
