Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist Include:
- Plan, organize, and lead our Physical Therapy services in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and other departments to coordinate high-quality therapy care
- Develop individualized care plans, implement therapy programs, and monitor resident progress
- Participate in quality assurance and policy development
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and billing in compliance with standards
- Provide education and communication to residents, families, and staff Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Physical Therapist (must be in good standing)
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
