Social Media Assistant As a Social Media Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the execution and engagement for ChoiceMusicLA across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about K‑Pop and proficient using Adobe Photoshop and Canvas. Duties include but are not limited to: Community management (engaging with our audience via our social media platforms) Crafting social media assets with programs such as Canvas or Adobe Photoshop Creating engaging content for various social media platforms including Instagram and Twitter Oversee and manage image and video content across various social media accounts Draft and produce effective social media copy Working onsite at events during evening and weekend hours as needed Coordinate seasonal and monthly promotions Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canvas with the ability to create visually appealing social media content Strong interest and eye for K‑POP especially as it relates to online media & communities and social platforms Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas for content and engagement Flexible hours (Monday – Friday preferred) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Some background in social media and tech‑savvy Administrative Assistant Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks at our warehouse located in Alhambra. Responsibilities include providing support for managers and employees, maintaining office organization, screening calls, data input, and, when needed, customer support. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Must have your own means of transportation Previous experience in office administration is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Flexible schedule, preferably full‑time (Monday‑Friday) Organized, detail‑oriented, and critical thinker Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive Knowledge of KPOP is a plus Customer Service Representative Provide general office support at our warehouse located in Alhambra. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: customer support, answering/directing phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting warehouse manager. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Must have your own means of transportation Organized, detail‑oriented, problem‑solving skills; ability to take initiative Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi‑task and prioritize responsibilities Previous experience in customer care/support is a plus Flexible schedule and work hours Knowledge of KPOP is a plus Shipping Process, package, and ship all online orders at our warehouse located in Alhambra. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Must have your own means of transportation Flexible schedule and work hours Organized, detail‑oriented, and critical thinker Excellent communication skills Knowledge of KPOP is a plus Sales Associate Conduct all sales at our store located in Los Angeles. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting customers, maintaining store displays/cleanliness, restocking products, checking inventory as needed, etc. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Must have your own means of transportation Organized, detail‑oriented; ability to take initiative and follow directions Ability to multi‑task and prioritize responsibilities Previous retail experience is a plus Flexible schedule and work hours, preferably weekdays Basic knowledge of KPOP is necessary (i.e. familiarity with popular groups, new releases, upcoming events, etc.) Assistant Store Manager Overseeing and conducting sales at our store located in Los Angeles. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: supervising general operations of store, staff management, inventory upkeep/tracking, maintaining store displays/cleanliness, organizing work schedules, etc. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Must have your own means of transportation Must have 1‑2 years managerial experience Organized, detail‑oriented Ability to take initiative in executing and delegating store tasks, as well as multi‑task and prioritize responsibilities Ability to assist with customer queries and complaints Skills with staff management, stock control, and customer service Help carry out directives of manager and owner Ability to speak Korean is preferred, but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
