Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Shift: Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM Work Experience: Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures in accordance with provider orders and clinical standards Ensure all equipment is powered on, calibrated, and fully operational prior to patient procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment, including: Cleaning and disinfecting all equipment after each use (scanner, exam table, counters, consoles, workstations, etc.) Stocking exam rooms with necessary supplies Communicate ultrasound results to referring providers as directed Minimum of 2 years of related ultrasound experience Education: High school diploma or equivalent required License: ARDMS(OB) Certifications: BLS/CPR Certification.
