Central Maintenance Manager 49850 United States, West Virginia, Ravenswood Remote Position: No June 24th, 2026 Internship: No Apprenticeship: No Job Summary: Central Maintenance Manager Responsibilities Leading by example, enforce all health and safety regulations, maintain safety records, and create a safe work environment. Oversee day to day maintenance operations in the Central departments, coordinating all activities with the production centers. Lead all maintenance efforts, including preventative maintenance strategies, routine repairs, and breakdowns. Motivate a team of engineers, maintenance technicians and supervisors, fostering a culture of Safety and Reliability Centered Maintenance. A working knowledge of OSHA standards to keep the workplaces safe, covering hazard communication, PPE, fall protection, electrical safety (Lockout/Tagout), machine guarding, and emergency procedures Develop and maintain the maintenance budget, control costs, ensuring critical spare parts are available. Plan, lead and execute multiple Outages through the Plant, ensuring start-up schedules and budgets are adhered to. Setup and track KPIs to drive desired results Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline from an ABET-accredited program, required, (relevant hands-on experience that demonstrate skills could be considered) 8 to 10 years of experience Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical systems, as well as experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) software.
