About Our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a close-knit team of 12. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a journalist and later worked for State Farm Corporate, both experiences that gave me a strong appreciation for communication, customer service, and helping people through life's unexpected moments. Giving back to our community is an important part of who we are. Our agency enjoys supporting local organizations and staying actively involved in the communities we serve. Role Description
As an Account Associate for Christie Rhyne - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
