Specialty : OBGYN Hospital Location : Petersburg, VA Reason for coverage: one provider will be out for a few weeks for personal time Setting: OBGYN Hospital/Call + potential for clinic coverage. Must be willing/able to cover both to be considered for this need. If taking clinic, night call would not be required after clinic days. Dates : * June: 1, 4, 15, 18, 22, 26-28 * July: 2, 4, 5, 20, 24-26, 30 * Ongoing availability is needed, working through dates now. Call ratio : 1 to 4 Total number of beds : 9 in L&D and 20 postpartum Numberof Physicians in practice :4 Support Staff : OBHG hospitalist, surgical assistants, 3 to 4 nurses each shift Average number of nursery admissions per day : 2 to 3 per day Average call back per 24hrshift : less than 1, you will receive calls from answering service EMR :EPIC Are any specific procedures required : C-section, vaginal deliveries, suction D&C, ectopic pregnancies, ovarian torsion, abnormal bleeding.
