This labor and delivery travel nurse job in Ukiah, California, with Advantis Medical is a 10-week travel labor and delivery registered nurse (RN) contract at Adventist Health Ukiah Valley. This role pays $2,734 per week and follows an evenings shift with a 3x12 schedule.
As the labor and delivery registered nurse on this assignment, you'll assess maternal and fetal well-being, interpret fetal heart-rate patterns, guide patients through every stage of labor, birth, and recovery, and respond to obstetric emergencies as they arise.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret maternal and fetal status, including electronic fetal monitoring, escalating concerns promptly
- Support patients through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery
- Administer medications and manage IV therapy, including oxytocin titration as ordered and per facility protocol
- Provide immediate newborn care and support neonatal resuscitation per NRP guidelines
Travel Labor And Delivery Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent labor and delivery experience.
- Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by California and national regulatory bodies.
