CNC Swiss Machinist

Adecco Staffing is currently partnered with a growing manufacturer in Watertown, MA! We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Machinist. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift. Job Title CNC Machinist with Swiss Machine experience Pay Range $20 – $30 per hour depending on experience Shift Schedule Monday – Friday, 8 or 10 hour shifts, with overtime available Responsibilities Operating and setting up Citizen Swiss CNC machines Ability to work on difficult and complex parts with minimal supervision Performing machine setups, tool changes, and offsets Monitoring production runs to ensure quality and efficiency Inspecting parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Maintaining tight tolerances and meeting production standards Troubleshooting machining issues and making necessary adjustments Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Qualifications 5+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience preferred Experience machining various materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and brass Experience holding tight tolerances (+/- .0002) and geometric tolerancing Ability to set up and operate CNC Swiss machines independently Able to read and understand drawings/blueprints Familiarity with Citizen machines is strongly preferred Hard working, hands-on, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Pay Details Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefits Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
