Accounting Transformation Manager

Partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Operations, the full-time Accounting Transformation Manager will modernize accounting and finance processes, enhance financial reporting, and support ongoing growth initiatives, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work. Key Responsibilities Analyze and improve existing accounting and finance processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities Implement process enhancements and support IPO readiness initiatives, including documentation and control design Lead finance transformation workstreams and support the implementation of finance systems and reporting infrastructure Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred 4-6 years of experience in progressive financial accounting roles, with Big 4 or public company experience desired Strong understanding of accounting processes, internal controls, and experience with SOX and audit requirements Extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably Workday, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
