Job Summary: A nationally recognized electrical contractor is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to support complex design-build projects across its growing Central Region. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced electrical engineer who enjoys leading teams, managing project performance, and serving as the primary technical lead on large-scale projects. Location: Pflugerville, Texas Job Type: Permanent Salary: $155,000 - $165,000 per year Work Hours: 8am to 5pm Education: Bachelors Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering design projects from planning through execution. Manage project budgets, forecasting, manpower planning, and resource allocation. Serve as the primary technical and client‑facing lead on assigned projects. Delegate work, mentor engineers, and provide design oversight to project teams. Ensure quality, code compliance, scope management, and successful project delivery. Work up to 5 hrs of overtime per week. Requirements PE License required and Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred). 8+ years of engineering experience, including experience leading projects with minimal supervision. Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and scope changes. Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams; data center and large-scale electrical infrastructure experience strongly preferred.
